It is always wise when engaging a tradesman to carry out work in your home to ask someone whom has had work done by that person before, to understand their thoughts on them and would they recommend them. Even better if you can actually see an example of their work before you engage them.

Andy Clarke came highly recommended by two friends whom he had worked for before. They said his work was top notch and what he said he would do, he would, sadly a rare commodity in a tradesman these days.

From the moment I met him on site to talk through the job of replacing two 20 year old bathrooms with top end ones, I had confidence in Andy, he recommended some alterations to my thoughts and ideas which proved valuable with the finished rooms. He quoted 3 weeks for the work and in reality finished in 12 days, which was wonderful for us.

The finished rooms are stunning, mainly down to the thought and planning that Andy put into at the outset. I can only say that I would recommend Andy without a moments hesitation and more than happy to allow him to use us as reference moving forward..

Andy was one of three people we asked to quote us on a boiler replacement. He was immediately very pleasant and polite and importantly offered lots of honest advice and guidance. We were so impressed with his work and professional manner that we also booked him to completely replace our en suite shower room. During the work, Andy was respectful of our home keeping it tidy and with as little disruption as possible. He was mindful of our young family and did all he could to minimize disruption to the water supply. Andy’s vast experience was evident in his ability to assist with the design of the bathroom and also in sourcing excellent quality products. He spent a lot of time helping us to make sure our final choices were just right in order to achieve a high quality finish. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Andy for both heating systems and bathrooms and would certainly use him again. We are very happy customers!!

We have used Andy Clarke for at least the last 12 years for our work regarding our heating and plumbing systems.  He has always been polite, pleasant, punctual and conscientious and have found him never to give up on a problem, and going beyond what he has to do to be helpful, even coming out in an emergency on Saturday evening!

It’s great to have found someone local to Market Harborough and Great Bowden who can be relied upon.  We would recommend him, (and have) without reservation.

Andy Clarke is a superb heating engineer.  He gives clear descriptions of the work he is about to do as well as improving, where necessary, the suggested layout.  In my opinion he has done a first class job on all the four bathrooms and heating in our newly enlarged and renovated house.  I would highly recommend him.
