We knew how good Andy and his team were as they had fitted our new bathroom. They had done such a great job that we asked them to do our extension. We had faith in Andy from the start and he gave us a five star service and his relaxed and easy going approach helped greatly – Andy talked us through everything and he had a superb team. Andy managed the whole project to completion within a month once the outer shell had been built and we were having major extension work done. It was not stressful at all thanks to the vast experience of Andy’s team and the smooth project management from Andy – the team were a pleasure to have around and there was a sense of calm throughout. We went on holiday and by the time we got back nearly all the work had been done – the kitchen was fitted, the plumbing completed and the carpentry was also exceptional – it was like a new home. There were no problems at all as Andy was clever and could for-see any potential issues ahead of time and had solutions for all of these. In fact they were ahead of schedule. This eliminated a lot of stress that can happen during such a big extension project. We will always be eternally grateful to Andy and his team for the magnificent job they did. We now really enjoy living in this new space.
Andy and Clem installed new pipe work to 7 existing radiators and a new heating unit was also all installed in 3 and half days. no fuss, no bother and with the greatest care of our bungalow. I would definitely recommend this company for price and performance.
We moved into the area and the house needed a lot doing to it, Moving and replacing the boiler, a new bathroom, Quieting the nosiest hot water pump in history, and several other all starting from the biggest mess of plumbing you had ever seen.
Andy organised and planned it all, he explained what needed to be done and choices at various points. everything was completed on schedule and it all worked. Both Andy and John, Clem, Dave, Kyle and Bailey were all cheerful and very professional which made the inevitable disruption to our house hold far more bearable than it might of been. We could not recommend Andy or his team more highly.

It is always wise when engaging a tradesman to carry out work in your home to ask someone whom has had work done by that person before, to understand their thoughts on them and would they recommend them. Even better if you can actually see an example of their work before you engage them.
Andy Clarke came highly recommended by two friends whom he had worked for before. They said his work was top notch and what he said he would do, he would, sadly a rare commodity in a tradesman these days.
From the moment I met him on site to talk through the job of replacing two 20 year old bathrooms with top end ones, I had confidence in Andy, he recommended some alterations to my thoughts and ideas which proved valuable with the finished rooms. He quoted 3 weeks for the work and in reality finished in 12 days, which was wonderful for us.

Andy was one of three people we asked to quote us on a boiler replacement. He was immediately very pleasant and polite and importantly offered lots of honest advice and guidance. We were so impressed with his work and professional manner that we also booked him to completely replace our en suite shower room. Andy Clarke is a superb heating engineer. He gives clear descriptions of the work he is about to do as well as improving, where necessary, the suggested layout. In my opinion he has done a first class job on all the four bathrooms and heating in our newly enlarged and renovated house. I would highly recommend him.
After moving into our house we found that the existing central heating and hot water system (only 5 years old) was inadequate. Detailed investigation revealed that it was, in fact, badly designed, badly fitted, and would never be capable of heating the house effectively. The existing system needed to be completely removed and a new system designed and fitted.
After 4 separate quotes Andy Clarke’s, in the middle in terms of cost, was selected. The decision was not fully cost based as Andy, on initial meeting, had been by far the most interactive in discussing and refining the system and equipment I was interested in having installed.

The removal of the existing and reinstallation of the new system was expected to take approximately 2.5 – 3 weeks to complete.
Once started the work, as predicted, took 3 weeks from start to finish. The house is now warm and properly heated throughout the coldest weather and we have a properly designed, properly fitted, properly balanced and neat installation.
We have other plumbing work that needs to be undertaken later this year and Andy will be the plumber of first choice. I have no hesitation in recommending him and the work he does.

Right from the quote through to finishing the job, Andy was professional, answered all my questions, accommodated a few changes without any hassle and advised me on what products would suite my needs best. On completion he took the time to explain all settings and operations of my new install and left the house very tidy.
